Contains the following additional bioinformatics software
- OMSSA - The Open Mass Spectrometry Search Algorithm, version 2.1.9
- InsPecT -Tool for fast and accurate identification of post-translationally modified peptides from tandem mass spectra, release 20120109 (patched to correct linker and buffer overrun issues)
- MyriMatch - highly accurate tandem mass spectral peptide identification by multivariate hypergeometric analysis, version 2.1.138
- Comet - an open source tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) sequence database search tool, release 2012.01 rev. 3

Additional software installed
- s3fs-c - a FUSE (File System in User Space) based file system backed by Amazon S3 storage buckets. Once mounted, S3 can be used just like it was a local file system.
