CompassXport
We recommend the program CompassXport, produced by Bruker, for converting their data sources to mzXML. Note: CompassXport replaces mzBruker
mzBruker was the original SPC-produced converter for .baf files. mzBruker is retired in favor of the vendor-supported CompassXport program.
