massWolf: Micromass MassLynx to mzXML
Description
Windows-only, Visual C++ program to convert MassLynx native acquisition files to mzXML. The program requires Waters' MassLynx software to be installed on the same machine as wolf.exe. Wolf relies on the DAC library, which is installed along with the MassLynx software suite; we cannot distribute this library.
Requirements
Windows only. Requires installation of MassLynx software on the same computer.
Getting the software
- see Requirements.
- Download from massWolf file release page at the Sashimi SourceForge project. Please note: you must select the appropriate massWolf download to match the version of your MassLynx software (4.0 or 4.1).
- Browse sourcecode from on Sashimi project SVN(add link). Note: The SourceForge version might be newer; however, the local binary above is recommended for stability.
