massWolf: Micromass MassLynx to mzXML
Description
Windows-only, Visual C++ program to convert MassLynx native acquisition files to mzXML. The program requires the DAC library from Waters. The DAC library is installed along with the MassLynx software suite; you must obtain this software from Waters.
Requirements
Windows only. Requires installation of MassLynx software on the same computer.
Getting the software
- see Requirements.
- Download from massWolf file release page at the Sashimi SourceForge project. Please note: you must select the appropriate massWolf download to match the version of your MassLynx software (4.0 or 4.1).
- Browse sourcecode from on Sashimi project CVS. Note: The SourceForge version might be newer; however, the local binary above is recommended for stability.
