massWolf: Micromass MassLynx to mzXML

Description

Windows-only, Visual C++ program to convert MassLynx native acquisition files to mzXML. The program requires the DAC library from Waters. The DAC library is installed along with the MassLynx software suite; you must obtain this software from Waters.

Getting the software

  • Download from local site: Compiled windows version.
  • Browse soucecode on SourceForge CVS Note: The SourceForge version might be newer; however, the local binary above is recommended for stability.
