How Do I Load an mzXML File?

Prequips currently only supports mzXML 2.0 and mzXML 2.1.

  • Prerequisites
  1. A project and a single sample analysis as part of that project.
  • Steps
  1. Go to File > New Level Analysis ...".
  2. Select Raw Data Analysis as analysis type.
  3. Select mzXML Provider.
  4. Click on Browse ... to chose an mzXML file.
  5. Click Next >.
  6. Select a single-sample analysis in the list on the right.
  7. Click Finish.
  • Notes
  1. It's recommended to move mzXML files to the local hard disk and load them from there if they are larger than 100 MB.
