pkl2mzXML: pkl to mzXML converter
Description
Command-line program to convert pkl files to mzXML files. What the program does is to convert the pkl file to a list of dat files first, and then uses dta2mzxml converter to convert the dta files to a mzXML file.
Requirments
This program calls dta2mzxml converter.
Getting the software
This software is included in the current TPP distribution.
