How do I load an mzXML File?
- Prerequisites
- A project and a single-sample analysis as part of that project.
- Steps
- Go to File > New Level Analysis ....
- Select Raw Data Analysis as analysis type.
- Select mzXML Provider.
- Click on Browse ... to chose an mzXML file.
- Click Next >.
- Select a single-sample analysis in the list on the right.
- Click Finish.
- Notes
- Prequips currently only supports mzXML 2.0 and mzXML 2.1.
- It's recommended to move mzXML files to the local hard disk and load them from there if they are larger than 100 MB.
How do I create a new Project?
- Steps
- Go to File > New Project ....
- Enter Name.
- Type something into the Directory field. Currently ignored but has to be filled in.
- Click Finish.
- Notes
- Currently projects can't be stored.
