CompassXport: Bruker .baf file to .mzXML converter

CompassXport
We recommend the program CompassXport, produced by Bruker, for converting their data sources to mzXML. Two websites describing the installation and use of this sofware are http://www.ionsource.com/functional_reviews/CompassXport/CompassXport.htm and http://www.bioinformaticssolutions.com/products/peaks/support/bruker.php.

Note: CompassXport replaces mzBruker
mzBruker was the original SPC-produced converter for .baf files. mzBruker is retired in favor of the vendor-supported CompassXport program.
